Registry Information
HKLM\Software\EduVNC contains ServiceName\Enabled which is the check box state. Valid values are:
- True: The box is checked. Service and be used and it's settings can be altered
- False: The box is unchecked. The Service can not start or be changed
- If value is undefined or other: The box defaults to False.
Additional Notes
A True entry in the registry must be created outside EduVNC. The EduVNC interface does not provide a way to save a service when it is disabled (as this setting also disables the save service settings button). This feature was intended to aid in testing and troubleshooting. If a automatically starting service causes EduVNC to crash, this setting can allow EduVNC to start so that the settings may be safely altered. It can also be useful for administrator who wish to distribute a set of service settings that they don't want to take effect and can easily activate later.
