Options for all Services

The EduVNC Settings Tab.

• Run on Startup: Start EduVNC on logon
• Use Saved Services: Load and start saved service when EduVNC starts
• Only Admins Can Exit: You must be Admin to exit EduVNC
• Hide Tray Icon: Do not display a tray icon

Options for each Service

This is a sample EduVNC Service Tab.

• Enable Service: Enable this service
• Service Port: Port browser will connect to
• Run as Saved Service: Run service when EduVNC starts
• Password Protect: Require a password for EduVNC clients
• View Only: Users can only see the desktop, but not control it
• Log to EventLog: Enables verbose activity logging to the EventLog
• Ask to Connect: Prompt current user for permission, before showing a logon page to client
• Use Balloon Notification: Use Balloon notification of new connections
• Force Balloons While Hidden: Use Balloon notification even is tray icon is hidden.
